If you submit your email to receive the free PDF cheat sheet, we add your address to our marketing list. We
will send you emails about gut health and related products, including our paid guide. You can unsubscribe at
any time using the link in any email we send.
Email address — paid purchase
When you buy the guide, your email is collected during checkout. We use it to send you the download link and
to add you to our customer email list. As a customer you may receive occasional follow-up messages. You can
unsubscribe at any time.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address.

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any other personal data unless you provide it voluntarily by contacting us.
